Freightliner Cascadia Cab Extender Attachment Arm Set — 22-73952-000 + 22-74370-000

This set pairs the 22-73952-000BP and 22-74370-000BP lower cab extender attachment arms, the short and long arms that anchor the lower cab extender on the Freightliner Cascadia. Both install at the factory mounting points without drilling or modification.

The two arms share a single mounting system and the same weakness. Where one has worked its nutsert loose, the other carries the same vibration and is rarely far behind. Replacing both in a single service eliminates a second teardown and restores the full lower mount at once. Left in their factory state, the loosened joints allow the cab extender panel to work free, compromising the aerodynamic seal between cab and trailer, which reduces fuel economy.

Both arms are engineered to correct that failure at its source. A thickened mating face on each draws its joint tight under torque and closes out the play that invites vibration. Produced in carbon fiber reinforced composite, the pair provides strength and fatigue resistance the original thermoplastic cannot match, holding the lower cab extender secure for the life of the truck.
