Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on BushidoPerformanceInc.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
In the rare event that an item is out of stock or on backorder after your order is placed, we will contact you by email within one business day to provide an updated timeline or offer alternatives.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders free via economy ground service — no minimums, no thresholds. There is no shipping fee at checkout. Bushido Performance ships from Texas using UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package dimensions, weight, and destination.
Expedited options (2-day and overnight) are available for an additional fee. Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM CST on a business day to ship the same day; otherwise they ship the following business day. Expedited shipping upgrades transit time only — our standard 1–2 business day processing window still applies.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing large or heavy components. If a P.O. Box is entered for a shipment that cannot be delivered to one, we will contact you for a physical address before shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Economy ground shipments within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 3–5 business days after the order ships. Actual transit times depend on destination and carrier routing and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural addresses may require additional time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Bushido Performance Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder and then contact us at the address below.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments leave our facility in good condition. If your order arrives visibly damaged: (1) photograph the outer packaging and the item before fully opening the box, (2) note the damage with the delivery driver if possible, and (3) contact us at sales@bushidoperformanceinc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and work to get a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a claim.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and other household members first, then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will open a trace investigation.
International Shipping
At this time, Bushido Performance Inc. ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. If you are located outside the contiguous 48 states, contact us — in some cases we can work with a freight forwarder of your choosing to accommodate your order.
FOB Terms
All orders ship FOB Origin from our warehouse in Texas. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point of shipment when the carrier takes possession of the goods. Once a shipment is in the carrier’s hands, Bushido Performance Inc. is not liable for loss, damage, or delay. We will assist you in filing carrier claims whenever possible, but responsibility for pursuing those claims rests with the buyer as the owner of the goods in transit.
