Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, submit your request in writing to sales@bushidoperformanceinc.com with your original invoice number, item description, and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error by Bushido Performance Inc.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Defective or incorrect items are not subject to the restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom fabricated parts and special orders
- Clearance products
- Items that have been installed or used

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a separate order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@bushidoperformanceinc.com.
Warranty
Bushido Performance Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to items installed and used under normal operating conditions and does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.
To submit a warranty claim, email sales@bushidoperformanceinc.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (photos or installation records). Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, credit, or refund at the sole discretion of Bushido Performance Inc.
