Our team redesigns and improves parts to exceed OEM standards, ideal for discontinued, unavailable, or underperforming components. Maximum part size is 256 × 256 × 256 mm, with larger requests evaluated case by case. Qualifying volume orders include fabrication at no additional cost.

Using photos, sketches, part numbers, reference parts, or simple concepts, we engineer durable plastic components built to perform in demanding real-world trucking environments.
When a part is discontinued, worn out, or the dealership simply can't get it in, we recreate it. We reverse engineer the original component directly from the physical part, capturing precise dimensions to produce a replacement that matches or exceeds OEM specifications. No CAD file needed, no long wait, no runaround.
Have a part that keeps failing or can't be sourced anymore? Commit to a minimum order of 10 units and we cover the fabrication cost entirely — the redesign, engineering, and manufacturing are on us. We ship your order and keep the part in stock so when you need to reorder, it's ready to go. No tooling fees, no long lead times on repeat orders.
We verify compatibility using your VIN, spec sheet, or part number before any order is placed. For the best fitment, we ask customers to send in the original part — we use it directly as a reference to capture exact dimensions and mounting points. We turn orders around as fast as possible, though lead times vary by part. When you contact us, you speak directly with an engineer, no call centers or automated systems.
