A33-1268 Kenworth T680 Fairing Reinforcement

The A33-1268BP is a fairing reinforcement bracket for the Kenworth T680 Next Gen (2022 and newer), engineered as a direct upgrade to OEM part A33-1268. It mounts within the understep fairing assembly, providing structural rigidity and secure mounting support for the outer panel. Direct bolt on replacement using factory mounting points, no drilling or modifications required.

The OEM A33-1268 is standard plastic that develops common failure points over time — clip walking, wall cracking, and bracket fracture at high stress zones. The A33-1268BP addresses all of them with a bridged internal span, reinforced clip inserts, increased wall thickness, and an internal rib structure — built from carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
