The A33-1266-100BP and A33-1268BP are both fairing reinforcement brackets for the Kenworth T680 Next Gen (2022 and newer). They mount on the same understep fairing panel. One complete panel takes two of the large A33-1266-100BP and one of the narrow A33-1268BP. A33-1266-200 and A33-1266-300 share the same molding as the large bracket. When one bracket fails, the others are already under the same stress, so this set replaces the full panel at once and eliminates a second teardown.
Full description
The OEM brackets are standard injection-molded plastic. Under sustained vibration, thermal cycling, and road debris, they degrade, cracking and chipping until the fairing assembly loses structural support. Both replacements in this set are rebuilt in carbon fiber reinforced plastic with a reinforced rib structure and additional material in high-stress areas. Direct bolt-on replacement using factory mounting points. No drilling, no modifications required.
Buyer warning: copies of these brackets are sold in PETG and ABS. Per manufacturer data, PETG deforms under load at 68 °C and ABS at 87 °C. Both creep under constant step load, leading to cracked mounts and early failure. Both brackets in this set are carbon fiber reinforced plastic only, rated to 170 °C.
