A33-1266-100 Kenworth T680 Fairing Reinforcement

The A33-1266-100BP is a fairing reinforcement bracket for the Kenworth T680 Next Gen (2022 and newer), engineered as a direct replacement for OEM part A33-1266-100. A33-1266-200 and A33-1266-300 are earlier numbers for the same understep reinforcement; the OEM part carries A33-1266-100 and A33-1266-200 molded into it, and Kenworth supersedes A33-1266-200 to A33-1266-100. Designed for the understep fairing assembly, it provides the structural rigidity and secure mounting support the outer panel depends on. Direct bolt on at factory mounting points. No drilling, no modifications required.

The OEM A33-1266-100 is standard injection-molded plastic. Under sustained vibration, thermal cycling, and road debris, it degrades, cracking and chipping until the assembly loses its support. The A33-1266-100BP is rebuilt in carbon fiber reinforced plastic with a reinforced rib structure and additional material in high-stress areas, purpose-built to last where the stock bracket doesn't.
