The MR308038BP is a direct replacement for the dashboard air vent retaining tab clips on the Mitsubishi Pajero Mini, sold as a pack of 4, covering all four vent positions. The clips are reverse-engineered sub-components of the OEM vent assemblies (MR308038 center vent, MR233771 side vents), which Mitsubishi does not sell separately. Compatible with all chassis codes H51A through H58A (1994–2012).
The factory tabs are thin ABS that snap from age and heat cycling. Once a tab breaks, the vent slat pivots freely or falls out. The only OEM fix is a full vent assembly replacement. The MR308038BP is re-engineered in ASA with increased wall thickness at the snap point, so the repair holds. Tool-free install, about 5 minutes per vent.
