The A13-1016BP is a flange bushing engineered to replace PACCAR part A13-1016, the igus bushing fitted at pivot points on Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. The OEM bushing wears under sustained vibration. As the sides of the bushing wear, the parts it carries begin to have play.

Full description

The A13-1016BP is molded to the original bore and flange dimensions in carbon fiber reinforced plastic, a stiffer material that holds its shape under load and heat. It installs in place of the OEM bushing with no modification.

Note: some replacement bushings are made in PETG or ABS, which deform under load at 68 °C and 87 °C and wear early at the pivot. The A13-1016BP is carbon fiber reinforced plastic only, rated to 105 °C.
