Complete the Vendor Packet

Download and review the Vendor Packet below. It must be signed and returned before your application can be reviewed. The packet outlines our policies, terms, and business practices.

Submit Your Documents

Your completed Vendor Packet and tax-exempt certificate, if applicable, must be submitted with your application or emailed to sales@bushidoperformanceinc.com. Applications submitted without the Vendor Packet will not be reviewed.

Start the Application

Once your documents have been received, complete the online application form. Applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. After review, you will be contacted directly regarding your account status and terms.
