What we build
Whether you're outfitting a fleet, customizing a truck, or solving an industrial challenge, we turn sketches, images, reference models, or existing parts into durable, high-performance components. Our team redesigns and improves parts to exceed OEM standards, ideal for discontinued, unavailable, or underperforming components. Maximum part size is 256 × 256 × 256 mm, with larger requests evaluated case by case. Qualifying volume orders include fabrication at no additional cost.

We review every request and provide a quote within 48 hours, often the same day. Volume orders also get checked against our free fabrication program, and there are no hidden fees.

Parts Delivered
After approval, we engineer your component, build it, and ship it from Texas. Every part is made to meet or exceed original performance standards.
What We Do

Custom Part Design & Fabrication
We build precision plastic parts for Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo, International, Mack, and Western Star. Send a photo, a sketch, a part number, or the old part itself and we turn it into a production-ready component for fleets, owner-operators, and truck builders when the OEM part is discontinued, unavailable, or simply not holding up.

Part Reproduction & Reverse Engineering
When a part is discontinued, worn out, or the dealership simply can't get it in, we recreate it. We reverse engineer the original component directly from the physical part, capturing precise dimensions to produce a replacement that matches or exceeds OEM specifications. No CAD file needed, no long wait, no runaround.

Fleet & Volume Programs
Have a part that keeps failing or can't be sourced anymore? Commit to a minimum order of 10 units and we cover the fabrication cost entirely. The redesign, engineering, and manufacturing are on us. We ship your order and keep the part in stock so when you need to reorder, it's ready to go. No tooling fees, no long lead times on repeat orders.

Fitment & Technical Consultation
We verify compatibility using your VIN, spec sheet, or part number before any order is placed. For the best fitment, send us the original part. We use it directly as a reference to capture exact dimensions and mounting points. We turn orders around as fast as we can, though lead times vary by part.
