Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a fleet account, applicants must:

• Operate a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor)
• Provide a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate
• Submit a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Bushido Performance Inc. as certificate holder
• Complete the wholesale application form (online or PDF)

Account Benefits

Approved fleet accounts receive:

• Fleet-only pricing on bulk and repeat orders
• Net 30 terms available upon credit approval
• Priority order processing and dedicated account support
• Access to custom part design and fabrication services
• Volume-based discounts for qualifying buyers

Account Use & Expectations Fleet accounts are expected to:

• Maintain good standing by honoring payment terms
• Keep insurance documentation current and on file
• Notify Bushido Performance Inc. of any changes to business status, ownership, or billing information
• Ensure all orders placed under the account are authorized by the buyer

Bushido Performance Inc. reserves the right to modify fleet account terms, pricing structures, or eligibility criteria at any time. Misuse of account privileges may result in suspension or termination. All fleet transactions are governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this packet and on our website.
